Dear Mr. Labar:
Last fall my wife and I spent a great deal of time evaluating golfing
communities from Amelia Island to St. Augustine. There were many great
choices and the decision was not an easy one. Now, nearly eight months
later, and after only a week in our new Cimarrone home, there is no
doubt that we made the right choice.
It's taken a few days but all the dust has settled, the boxes are
emptied, and most things are in their place. With time now to reflect,
Cindy and I would like you to know personally how happy we are that we
selected Cimarrone. The house is beautiful and the surroundings and
wildlife even prettier.
More specifically and importantly, I would like to commend Mike Murphy
and his entire Cordele construction staff (Lois, Chris, Skip and all
the others) for their patience and professionalism. Since this was our
first venture into new construction, we knew little, made many mistakes
and asked a million questions along the way. And while we're sure they
had had many more pressing issues, Mike and his staff always took the
time to educate us, answer our questions and make us feel that were a
priority to them. We're also sure that as time passes, we'll grow to
appreciate the quality of their craftsmanship even more.
Thanks again for creating such a wonderful environment and putting
together such a first class organization. From the cart staff to the
pro shop to the kitchen, they've all make our move to Florida and
Cimarrone a very pleasant one.
We're very happy here and expect it to make it our home for a very long time.
Sincerely,
Cindy and Jerry Duewel

Dear Mike,
We wanted to formally let you know how pleased we are with our new home and that we consider it a great value.
After hearing so many stories of other's bad experience, we had sworn
we would never build. Our experience shows not building would have been
the mistake. Everyone was helpful, accommodating and patient. Emory,
Pat and yourself convinced us we were in capable hands and then set
about proving it.
Having watched the construction on almost a daily basis, we were
consistently pleased with both the quality of materials and
workmanship. We were most appreciative of how you stayed on top of
everything and had already taken action on most things we would point
out and were quick to respond to the others.
We would be remiss in not acknowledging the patience shown as we
prolonged decisions, made last minute changes, and changed our minds on
the same items more then once. I do not remember anyone being put out
with us because of these.
Keep up the great work. We look forward to living in a quality neighborhood.
Mike and Marilyn Seitzinger
