He brings more than ten years of real estate experience with him and has been personally involved in tens of millions of dollars worth of real estate transactions. He has been involved in transactions ranging from the simple sales of single-family homes, small office leases, and lot purchases to complicated multi-million dollar office building purchases, volatile land rezonings, and litigious governmental takings. Edward is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida and has earned the prestigious CCIM designation.
